eMerge CEO Speaks at Entrepreneurship Week in New Orleans

eMerge Founder and CEO - Bondilyn Jolly - with Chobani Founder, President and CEO - Hamdi Ulukaya.Earlier this morning, eMerge CEO - Bondilyn Jolly - met and spoke with members of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program in New Orleans as part of New Orleans Entrepreneurship Week.  Bondilyn spoke in front of an esteemed audience including Margaret Spellings, Former U.S. Secretary of Education and advisor to Goldman Sachs and Hamdi Ulukaya, Founder, President, and CEO of Chobani, the largest yogurt company in the world.  The emphasis of the meeting was to present the success and international growth of eMerge along with showcasing the economic impact that the company provides to employment and revenue within the Greater New Orleans area and the state of Louisiana.

Bondilyn, an alumni of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program, is a huge supporter of the program.  "Small businesses that are seeking or projecting substantial growth can really benefit from the Goldman Sachs program," she stated.  "Both the educational aspect and the advisory committees are top notch.  They focus specifically on the unique opportunities within each participating business and assist with creating a baseline from which to evaluate and grow."  The program is supported by organizations such as Delgado Community College, the Idea Village, and HOPE Enterprise Corporation as well as numerous others.
